As part of my personal and professional journey, I bring together two complementary approaches that shape the heart of this project: the psychology of religion and spirituality, which studies how faith and spirituality relate with human experience through a psychological lens; and the integration of psychology and theology, which engages both disciplines to explore the human experience through psychological and theological lenses. Together, these frameworks guide my work and reflect my commitment to emotional, mental, and spiritual growth.
